Personal Health

Aah! I'm so stressed out, our world is so screwed up. One of our main problems is childhood obesity, people eat way too much, and even worse, after that, they don't even exercise. Everyone should exercise at least twice a day. I love to exercise, here is what I do: Everyday I do a daily stretch, I get at least 8 hours of sleep(don't push yourself to finish something, you must finish it, but don't worry about it, or else you will go even slower, it wastes time), and I jog about 1.5 miles on my treadmill. If you try, it will work. This might surprise you, but everyone needs to work. If you're too lazy, you will be lazy for everything, you'll never achieve anything in life, believe me, just keep exercising, and childhood obesity will not even exist anymore.
